A1 Holdings Limited [parent company in liquidation] and A1 Grand Prix Operations Ltd [UK operating company in administration] are being offered for sale by Private Treaty, on behalf of the creditors, as a complete racing series including all 'rights' to use the name A1GP and to use Ferrari engines, etc..

The sale started on 01/03/2010 then was closed on 30/04/2010 however on 05/05/2010 the sale was re-opened with a closing date of 31/05/2010. Again the sale has been marked as closed on 31/05/2010. Again the sale has been re-opened with a closing date of 31/08/2010.

Currently there is a serious buyer who has made an offer which has to be agreed by the creditors.
