Recently we reported a rumour about an A1GP race in Brazil.

We have listed Sao Paulo, 27-29 Mar 2009, in the round eight slot for this season for some time now. However the rumour we posted on December 2nd, Brazil Rumours, claimed it would in fact be a season ender not the empty round 8.

Now it seems the FiA are allocating 17th May 2009 to A1GP at Interlagos, Brazil, 2 weeks after the original season ender at Brands Hatch, GBR.

This is not yet confirmed by A1GP and must therefore still be treated as a rumour until it is.
