J.R. Hildebrand on Brands Hatch:
“I’m really looking forward to the opportunity to drive for A1 Team USA and Andretti Green at Brands Hatch. Marco (Andretti) and the guys have done a good job learning more and more about what we need and I hope to make the most of all their hard work. I’ve really enjoyed driving in the rookie sessions at the other A1GP rounds I’ve attended and am excited to be able to take the car all the way through the weekend.”

J.R. Hildebrand Facts
* This will be Hildebrand’s first official start in the A1 Team USA entry in A1GP.
* Hildebrand has participated in three rookie practice sessions during season four of A1GP World Cup of Motorsport: Malaysia, New Zealand and South Africa.
* Hildebrand, who drives for AFS Racing/Andretti Green Racing in Firestone Indy Lights competition, is currently ranked fourth in that championship with one win (Long Beach) and two podium finishes.
* The 21-year old is a native of Sausalito, Calif., and has been accepted with a two-year deferral to the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
