Team seat holder Colin Giltrap says he has had positive feedback after working out ways to run the team more efficiently.

The future of the New Zealand A1GP team is looking bright.

Team seat holder Colin Giltrap expressed doubts about the continued sustainability of the team at the end of last season.

But Giltrap says he has a lot more positive now after working out ways to run the team more efficiently. He says it is looking like they will be lining up in the season-opening event in Surfers Paradise in October.

Colin Giltrap says they are also in discussions with a secondary sponsor to help shoulder the financial burden that he and long time supporter Fisher and Paykel have been carrying.
